Make a Difference Day is the largest national day of community service and is a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. The event was created by the USA WEEKEND magazine in 1992. IOHUMC has participated in Make a Difference Day for many years. This year, we will prepare meal packages for Rise Against Hunger, sew items for people in need, prepare food and goodies for those who are homebound and sick, along with a variety of other activities for people of all ages.
